"The company houses a bunch of untrained and irresponsible staff. The service is below par even if you book a premium property worth crores. Not even a single document isn't typed properly. Even basic documents like BBA etc. need constant follow up. No one replies to emails. Typical govt office behaviour. They will make you wait for long and project as if the CRM is too busy. I pity how real estate in India is so unaccountable. Builder will send you the demands on time thorugh every channel, but when it comes to customer queries it will go silent. Utter shame."

"Dear Fellow Buyers I would like to warn you not get into the any ATS Project even Homekraft also. I have purchased a flat in Sector 150. Let me share you some critical issues with builder. 1. The quality is getting compromised by builder even in mivon construction. A medium strom hit in 150 and AC units and balcony glass got broken. 2. If you sale your flat than they charge 20 lac rupees as transfer charges. Curro doing in ATS pious Hideways project in 150. 3. They charge electricity and other maintenance charges higher in comparison with other builers. 4. They offer possession one year before and start charging the maintenance and other things without complete the club and other amnites. Plz don't buy anything with ATS. After making 100% payment, they did not provide any clarification on OC/CC and when I ask, they threatened to Cancel my flat. Now demanding 17 lacs extra money to handover the flat. I wrote to their Director /CEO. The Customer team call us to their office and harass us and demanding extra money. They don’t care about any legal body also."

After the initial payment, it feels as though even minor requests go unacknowledged. "Very Disappointed by the CRM service. After buying the house ATS did not send my papers to Bank or to me till 48 days. I had to pay 85 K extra as intetest to the bank. Really bad start."
